Spotlight on: Passive House

  • Function Room - Woodend Neighbourhood House 47 Forest Street Woodend, VIC (map)

Passive Houses were very popular on Sustainable House Day 2018, so we’ve put together a program of speakers to cover Passive House in some depth.

After an introduction to Passive House design, passive house owners will talk about what their houses are like to live in, and we will consider the cost and return on investment of building Passive House. We will explore the 5 Passive House fundamentals (also useful if you’re doing a standard build), and conclude with some information on the Passive House standard and certification.
